We pride ourselves on keeping you online and profitable through space, power, and connectivity, not by messing with your data. Please note, this does not extend to tracking technologies and services purchased from BytesRack. If you are utulizing one of our monitoring systems, your services will be subject to that specific software privacy policy. We do not control any software or hardware settings beyond providing support as desired by you, our client.

Your Choices and Opt-Outs

Clients who have opted in to our marketing emails can opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our marketing messages. Please note, some communications (such as service messages, account notifications, billing information) are considered transactional and necessary for account management, and Clients cannot opt out of these messages unless the service is cancelled directly through BytesRack personel.
